1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the ta 999 platform and all its users. By visiting the ta 999 website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

In this document, "platform", "site" or "we" refers to ta 999 and all its associated services. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all sections of the ta 999 platform — casino games, sports betting, live casino, mobile app and any future services. Where a specific section has its own rules, those rules operate alongside these main terms — in the event of a conflict, the section-specific terms take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account on the ta 999 platform and use any of its services, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must hold a valid identity document (National ID, passport or driving licence).
• Each person may create only one account.
• All information provided in the registration form must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Creating an account in another person's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating more than one account from the same person, household, IP address or device is strictly prohibited. If such a situation is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be confiscated.

3 Account Management

Each account is secured with a username and password. The user is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Login credentials should not be shared with anyone.

3.1 Password Security

A password should be at least eight characters long and contain a combination of letters, numbers and special characters. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password promptly from the ta 999 Login page and notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Contact Information

Users must keep their mobile number, email address and payment details up to date at all times. The platform will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. In such cases, ta 999 may take appropriate action in accordance with its account maintenance policy. The account will be reactivated once the user logs in again.

4 Financial Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals on the ta 999 platform can be made using well-known mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Depositing using a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
• Once successfully processed, funds are generally credited to the account immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed. A requirement to withdraw via the same payment method used for the deposit may apply.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently available.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ta 999 offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. If the bonus terms and conditions are not followed, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,500 — and to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• While a bonus is active, restrictions may apply on certain games or bet types.
• If suspected bonus abuse is detected, ta 999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• A bonus is not cash — it is a conditional incentive.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members are automatically enrolled in the VIP program. There are three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver and up to 1.2% for Gold. This cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. Example: if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the ta 999 platform are operated by trusted third-party software providers. Game outcomes are fair and controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Bet Cancellation or Void Declaration

If a bet is cancelled or declared void due to a technical error, server disruption or a problem with the game provider's system, the stake for that bet will be returned. No winnings will apply.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Odds in sports betting may change. Specific rules may apply for certain events. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake will be returned. In a multi-bet, if any one selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

6.3 Game Dispute Resolution

Any objection regarding a game result must be raised with customer service within 48 hours. ta 999 will verify the matter against the relevant game provider's logs and communicate a decision. The provider's server records will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the ta 999 platform. Breaching these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and, where applicable, legal action may be taken.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to play games.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in games or systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Carrying out a cyber attack or hacking against the platform.
• Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use the account.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

10.1 Account Closure at the User's Own Request

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any eligible balance in the account will be returned subject to payment verification. Any active bonuses or wagering benefits will no longer be available after the account is closed.

11 Limitation of Liability

While ta 999 strives to provide uninterrupted service, it does not accept responsibility for the following:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Problems caused by third-party software errors.

• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence in exposing account credentials.
